The menu.

My menu for the next couple of weeks:


Grilled Hot Dogs

Chicken with Blueberry Sauce
- Honey-Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

Slow-Cooker Lasagna

- ice cream sandwiches

Jack's Choice:
Tic-Tac-Toe Pizza
- salad
- red grapes
- Mouse-in-the-House Cupcakes

Cheesy Ham Chowder
- Kids' Breadsticks

Taco Mac
- pineapple

Southwest Marinated Grilled Chicken
- rice
- broccoli
- fruit cocktail

Salmon Macaroni Bake

Ham and Swiss Pie

I tried really hard to choose recipes that would use up bits of things I had on hand. With these choices, we'll use up the grated Parmesan cheese, whipping cream, maraschino cherries, chopped walnuts, Cool Whip, leftover cubed ham (which I froze after Easter dinner), marinades, and graham cracker crumbs we've had for a while. This makes me immensely happy. :-)
