B-A-K-L-A-V-A.

Because I know you are all so very worried about my sugar consumption... (you weren't? YOU SHOULD BE!)

I wanted to inform you that I have already devoured my first piece of baklava for the season. In fact, I had three pieces over a week, and even then, it was about ten days ago.

Yummy.
Flaky.
Sticky.
Buttery.
Goodness.

Screw "baklava." No, from now on, I'll gonna call it "YFSBG," because it'll help me to remember how truly wonderful and delicious the stuff really is. ;-)
